Thank you for visiting this website and for your interest in this study!

The purpose of this project is to look at the relationship of gratitude on psychological and health-related behaviors and outcomes in the Jewish and Christian communities.

We are looking for Jewish and Christian individuals who are 18 years of age and older to participate in our study by completing a 20 minute on-line survey. Our survey contains questions about religion/spirituality, gratitude, health and psychological well-being and distress. The questions have been designed so that individuals of all beliefs and denominations will be able to complete them.

Should you choose to participate in this research, you will not be asked for your name or any other information related to your personal identity. Your participation will be completely voluntary, and you may refuse to participate or withdraw from the study at any time without any consequences. You may also decline to answer any single question or group of questions asked in the questionnaire. This project stands to benefit the scientific community since it is one of the first studies to investigate the relationship between both general and religious gratitude and psychological and health behaviors and outcomes. There are no foreseeable risks involved in your participation.
